Hello everyone! I hope that you are as excited about Language Arts as I am. And if by some crazy chance, you don't
love Language Arts as much as I do, then give me a chance to show you how to explore the great things about it.
This is the home page to our class website where I will post new and upcoming assignments as
well as a Webquest and scavenger hunts. I am hoping that by the end of this year you will have gotten a chance to learn something
new about English Language Art's that you didn't know before and might even have fun doing it!
Upcoming Events & Announcements
We will be taking a field trip through the world of famous literature on March 4, as we go to local library to explore
some of the trials to being a great writer!
*Don't
forget to have your parents sign the signature form by march 1st.*
Also, you will have two weeks for you Webquest on Shakespeare, choose your character wisely!

Chose your favorite fable and
re-write it with your own lesson, the winner will receive a chance to read it in front of the school through a readers theater performance.
Also the winner will get 5 EXTRA points on the next test!

Extra Credit:
For
those of you who like to read the newspaper, I have got a challenge for you. For 2 extra credit points on the next
quiz, I challenge you to write your own article that
its current with what is going on right now, and also has to do with Language Arts.
The winner will be published in the school paper!
